Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

ALL workshop refunds will be honored for cancellations received at least five (5) business days’ prior to the date of the workshop*. However, payments made via Credit Card or PayPal have certain fees associated with them, some of which are non-recoupable and are therefore non-refundable by Transformation Behavioral Health, LLC. Therefore; to receive a workshop full refund for payments made by Credit Card or PayPal, the refund must be requested no less than 60-days from the original purchase date of the earliest workshop(s) date included in payment . If you request a refund after the 60 day period and at least five (5) business days prior to the workshop, you will receive a refund minus any of these non-refundable fees. These fees do not apply to cash or check payments. Credit Transfers

Because our continuing education workshop presenters are paid in full the day of the workshop, we cannot issue a credit transfer to a future workshop due to last minute emergencies of any nature. Emergencies included, but not limited to family emergencies, car trouble, traffic delays, and/or getting lost. Therefore, if a refund is not requested within five (5) business days prior to the workshop in question, it is considered a late cancellation, and all money paid for the workshop will be forfeited by the registrant.
Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy: All scheduled workshops will take place on the specified date and time unless a “State of Emergency” is declared for greater than 50% of the State of Georgia, to include Metro Atlanta area and CSRA counties. In such cases, the workshop will be rescheduled to a future date, and a monetary credit will be transferred from the original date to the newly rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a credit shall remain on file for 12-months (1 year) as applicable only for a future workshop with Transformation Behavioral Health, LLC Refunds will not be given for any weather-related event.

CE Certificate Replacement Fee

Transformation Behavioral Health, LLC will gladly replace CE certificates upon your request for a minimum administrative replacement fee charge as follows: up to 6 months $5.00 , 7 months- 1 year $10.00, more than 1 year up to 3 years $25.00 administrative replacement fee charge. Applicable administrative fee must be paid in full prior to the issuing the replacement certificate. No replacements will be offered after 3 years’ after original workshop request date.
